Welcome to TransitPlusFlow. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website and logistics services. By using our site or booking a shipment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• “TransitPlusFlow” or “We” means TransitPlusFlow, Inc.
• “You” means any individual or entity using our website or services.
• “Services” means our freight, shipping, warehousing, and related logistics offerings.

2. Eligibility & Account

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
• Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Service Availability: Services are provided in regions listed on our website. Contact us to confirm coverage in your area.

3. Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Credit card, ACH, and major online payment platforms.
• Payment Due: Payment is due upon issuance of invoice. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
• Taxes & Fees: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Shipment Terms

• Packaging & Contents: You must properly package and label all shipments in compliance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.
• Liability: We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from improper packaging, prohibited goods, or failure to declare hazardous materials.
• Transit Times: Estimated transit times are provided with your quote; actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

1. You may cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund (minus processing fees).
2. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee.
3. To cancel, email [email protected] with your booking reference; we will confirm within 4 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransitPlusFlow’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of this Agreement or misuse of our Services.

7. Termination

• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
• By You: You may close your account by providing written notice to [email protected].

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the revised date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
